Description

With the addition of ACID support to the OrcInputFormat, it is important that OrcInputFormat.getSplits is called. CombineHiveInputFormat doesn't do that. I've filed a jira to reimplement CombineHiveInputFormat as HIVE-6554, but we need a shorter term fix.
