Allow results to be evaluated in an action

Allow the results of previous work in a workflow to be evaluated in detail:

• Verify occurrences (or absence) of text snippets in the log text
• Check number of result files
• Check existence and value of variables
• Check result for error or not

If expectations are not met log the error and fail the workflow with a custom message.
