View log across workflows and pipelines

Hi.

One thing that I always wanted to be able to do is the following:

open a worflow and all connected workflows/pipelines and run/preview and be able to view the "logging" panel in each of them.

Possibly with the relevant part of the log within each workflow or pipeline.

This way I could run my end-to-end "master" workflow but check the log message for each relevant part just switching tab in the GUI.

My idea is that the workflow should show its own logging and logging for each pipeline within it.

Hope it's clear - please add a comment if not and I'll try to explain better.
