Run Pipeline Unit Tests doesn't initialize parameters

Integration test '0035-get-variables' is failing not because the unit test fails but because the "Run Pipeline Unit Tests" action is not initializing pipeline parameters correctly.

Default values are not set in this particular example but parent variables and parameter values also need to be set.
