Unable to use relative paths to hop applications

The windows applications seem to expect to be run from inside the hop installation folder.  The unix applications do an explicit 'cd' to the installation folder.

I would expect however to call hop applications from wherever I am with relative path arguments to my current folder.  For this to work all path to libraries and plugins must be prefixed with the path to the installation in the scripts.
