Major Description
On Windows you can run "hop-gui.bat DEBUG" and you'll enable debugging on port 5005.
On Linux/OSX you need to change the file "hop-gui.sh" and uncomment a line.
I think it's best to keep everything the same here and also check if "$1" is "debug" or "DEBUG".
This would help in the sense that you don't have to change the file manually after a rebuild.
