HOP_AUDIT_FOLDER not set by default in startup scripts

The new execution information location includes a variable that is not set in the default scripts like hop-gui.sh which results in a folder called ${HOP_AUDIT_FOLDER} being created in Hop's home folder.  

I think if we want everyone to enjoy the local-audit, maybe set that variable in the startup scripts and keep the local pipeline runner referring to it.

If all of this should belong to Samples, perhaps it should have its own pipeline runner configuration.  Otherwise everyone will be profiling and tracking execution information.
