Allow filtering to happen in the Execution Perspective

Adding a filter icon in the main toolbar of the execution perspective makes sense to allow a user to set filters like:

• Only show root executions
• Only show executions of the current project/environment
• Only show failed executions
• Only show running executions
• ...
