[OSGi] OSGiTrustedHostsConfiguration is mutable but not thread-safe

OSGiTrustedHostsConfiguration objects can be updated while being used by other threads.

The update of a OSGiTrustedHostsConfiguration should be atomic and the changes visible to other threads immediately after the update.
