Add example of failure handling

Ignite has the following feature - https://apacheignite.readme.io/docs/critical-failures-handling, but there is not an example of how to use it correctly. So it is good to add some examples.

Also, Ignite has DiagnosticProcessor which invokes when the failure handler is triggered. Maybe it is a good idea to add to this example some samples of diagnostic work.
