Introduce sorted index prototype

The goals of the sorted index prototype:

• introduce internal API for the sorted indexes;
• the implementation basic function of the IndexManager create/drop index for the simple cases;
• the implementation basic function of the sorted index: put/remove/range scan
• basic SQL integration.
