Investigation parallel index scan

Motivation: 2.x version implements queryParallelism by creation index segments. Each segment contains subset of partitions. This approach has several shortcomings:

• index scans parallelism cannot be changed / scaled on runtime.
• we have always scan all segments (looks like virtual MapNode for query);
• many index storages for one logical index.
