Description

We have noticed that some integration test's class names do not start with IT prefix:

LiveSchemaChangeKVViewTest
LiveSchemaChangeTableTest
SchemaChangeKVViewTest
SchemaChangeTableViewTest
DynamicTableCreationTest
IgnitionTest
TableCreationTest
ConnectionManagerTest
RecoveryHandshakeTest
ConfigCommandTest
PersistencePropertiesVaultServiceTest
PersistentVaultServiceTest
ClientHandlerIntegrationTest

They should be renamed and placed in integrationTest folder
