Calcite engine. Support multiset operators

Multiset can't be constructed, since logical plan contains Collect relational operator, which can't be converted to any physical operator. Perhaps IGNITE-15550 will solve this issue, but additionally we should add tests for all multiset functions (we can't check it now, since we can't construct multiset)
