Calcite. Prepared statements support.

    Description

      Support PREPARED [1] statements. There are some differs in syntax, i found :
      1. PREPARE v1 AS SELECT * FROM test2 LIMIT 3
      vs
      2. PREPARE v1 FROM 'SELECT * FROM test2 LIMIT 3';
