Calcite engine. Move row count approximation from ignite-indexing

Method GridH2Table.getRowCountApproximationNoCheck was introduced only for the Calcite-based SQL engine. This method is not used by ignite-indexing module, this method doesn't use almost anything from ignite-indexing module. It can be easily moved ignite-calcite module, that allow to reduce dependencies from ignite-calcite to ignite-indexing and avoid merge conflicts.
