Change Scalecube-related timeouts to Scalecube defaults

Scalecube uses SWIM for discovery, which defines some timesouts. Currently, the timeouts we use are very low, so the probability of a node leaving a cluster due to a random pause is too high.

The timeouts (and probably other Scalecube settings) need to be changed to the Scalecube defaults.
