    • To change cluster state, single permission 'ADMIN_CLUSTER_STATE' is now required. To change cluster state by control.sh or REST API no additional 'ADMIN_OPS' permission is required any more.

    Description

      Cluster activation/deactivation actions should have permission like JOIN_AS_SERVER, ADMIN_SNAPSHOT or existing ADMIN_OPS.
