Description

Now it is not possible to connect to node after communication spi received 'onContextDestroyed', but discovery spi after 'onContextDestroyed' still responds to ping requests.
This can break for example logic in GridCacheIoManager.send(ClusterNode node, GridCacheMessage msg, GridIoPolicy plc) and it throws IgniteCheckedException instead of ClusterTopologyCheckedException.
