SQL Error Codes Documentation

Presently we have JDBC error codes documented:

Two things have to be done:

• If there are similar error codes shared between the ODBC and JDBC drivers, and native APIs then let's put them under SQL reference category below Data Types: https://apacheignite-sql.readme.io/docs/sql-reference-overview
• ODBC specific error codes with an example of an error handling need to be listed in ODBC category isapego, please assist with this: https://apacheignite-sql.readme.io/docs/odbc-driver
