Add fragment instance id to RPC trace output

The RPC traces added in IMPALA-9128 are hard to correlate to specific queries because the output does not include the fragment instance id. I'm not sure if this is actually possible in the current kRPC code, but it would be nice if the tracing output included the fragment instance id.
