Description

We found that the tests of test_iceberg_query and test_iceberg_profile fail after the patch for ~~IMPALA-9741~~ has been merged.

After some investigation with the help of boroknagyz and csringhofer, we found that it is a timezone-related issue and that we should add SET TIMEZONE=UTC in the corresponding test files.
