Add end-to-end benchmarks for query planning and scan range scheduling

In order to test the performance of query planning and scan range scheduling, we could disable the actual query execution and then measure the end-to-end times. This could be achieved by introducing a query option to disable the actual execution of the plan fragments, returning an empty result.
