Configure python logging such that Impala e2e tests log output to files

Currently, impala-py.test log output is not actually written anywhere that's recoverable. This is probably because the logging module is not configured properly.

It would be helpful if tests would write log files. The ostensible location would be to add test module specific logs to logs/ee_tests.
