new_sync branch, some bugs in UT/IT

1)  org.apache.iotdb.db.integration.sync.SyncTestUtil#insertData

     should be  changed to     

Connection connection = EnvFactory.getEnv().getConnection()  

2)   org.apache.iotdb.db.newsync.receiver.recovery.ReceiverLogAnalyzerTest#test
    change this function name to 1 meaningful name.
