[Distributed] Check or enable LAST query

LAST queries are performed using a different mechanism from other aggregations. It is unchecked if it can directly integrate with the current implementation of distributed aggregation.

LAST queries should be checked and if it does not work within the current implementation, it should be re-implemented.
