Feedback to the client when statements are executed successfully

When a non-query statement is executed, currently there's no feedback unless some errors occur, which is confusing in that it's not so clear whether the statement is executed successfully or not. Some feedbacks will make it more clear even it's executed successfully, such as "Statement is executed successfully".
