Lack of path legality judgment for mtree node

Recently I was using createMultiTimeseries interface to create timeseries, and I found that there is a bug in this interface, maybe it is lack of path legality judgment.

And I got this when I show timeseries in cli:

BTW, it's seems that this bug will also occur when the client writes data without creating any timeseries and storage groups~

Please take a careful check about the behavior of createTimeseriesPlan, createMultiTimeseriePlan, insertRowPlan, insertTabletPlan both in session and jdbc~
