Upon large scales deletes Cassandra cleanup code (testing) is affected by tomstones

Given a test creating massive amount of tomstones,

CassandraTableManager fails to clean up the tables (as it goes throw tombstones)

We need to no fail in such a case and default to truncate to be more resilient.
