Adjust some default values of the BasicDataSource in the ConnectionFactory

TimeBetweenEvictionRuns is at moment 1 second. We have seen on heavy load that this slows down the system and shows some strange exceptions.

The validationQueryTimeout should also be set because otherwise its possible that it blocks the validation process.

On heavy load increasing maxIdle could also be bring some performance boost.
