SetValueVersionExceptionTest makes assumption about implementation

SetValueVersionExceptionTest assumes that an implementation will flag a property change with the same value as before as a modification and prohibit that 'change' when the node is checked in.

I suggest to update the test and use a value to update the property, which is different from the initial value.
