Description
NameParser rejects non-ASCII whitespace inside names.
These are discouraged in the JCR spec, and disallowed in Jackrabbit, but allowed in Oak (see https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OAK-4857).
spi-commons is used outside Jackrabbit classic and thus needs to be more lenient (see https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JCRVLT-700).
