Warn for files not being included in the package due to being outside of filter roots

Details

    Description

      Currently only those files/folders are added to the content package which are somehow covered by filter rules. This is not obvious and a warning should be emitted whenever there is a folder/file being part of jcrSourceDirectory which is not covered.
