Allow to define node types per validRoot and leverage it from validator: jackrabbit-nodetype

It would be good to allow to define it in an external Maven artifact so that these definitions could be provided per distribution/version. Also it should be possible to allow definitions which are derived from some other metadata (like Sling Repo Init statements). Both means should be allowed at the same time.
