Wrong file reference in target db.create

The jetspeed-M3 binary distribution has a file jetspeed-database/scripts/build.xml that can be used to create the database. The last file reference in target "db.create" is invalid, as it assumes different (i.e. db dependend) population scripts. The correct reference to the population script is "./sql/DML/populate-userinfo-for-default-psml.sql" (no "${org.apache.jetspeed.database.default.name}" part).
