Consider replacing ECS with JDOM

Jakarta ECS stopped its development on 01/09/2.010, although we still use it in a number of places throughout JSPWiki; we might consider replacing it with jdom2, which we are also shipping and can be used for markup generation.

Attachment contains a rewritten IndexPlugin by Ichiro Furusato using jdom2.
