Unregsiter listener during renounce when the in-memory snapshot is missing

    Description

      Need to improve the renounce logic to do the following when the last committer offset in-memory snapshot is missing:

      1. Reset the snapshot registry
      2. Unregister the listener from the RaftClient
      3. Register the listener from the RaftClient
