Major Description
https://kafka.apache.org/35/documentation/streams/developer-guide/config-streams.html need to be updated.
It's missing a lot of newly added config, and still lists already removed configs.
For deprecated configs, we could consider to also remove them, or add a "deprecated config" section and keep the for the time being.
