Fix Cellar itests

    Description

      Cellar itests don't match the latest enhancements in Cellar. For instance, it still uses the "old" org.apache.karaf.cellar.instance.cfg file whereas it should use the default hazelcast.xml, etc.

      I'm updating the itests.
