Karaf scheduler can't be easily configured with a JDBC job store

Karaf scheduler has some issues to be able to work directly with a JdbcJobStore:

• Unable to serialize JobDataMap for insertion into database because the value of property 'QuartzJobScheduler.Logger' is not serializable
• Configuring the JDBCJobStore with JNDI datasource fails

I will do a complete test of the Karaf scheduler with JDBC backend.
