Scroll bar on admin ui required for provider and descriptor details panel

Step 1: Go to admin UI and select the resource type "Provider Configurations"

Step 2: Expand all providers (where HA provider have 15 entries)  inside one provider file

Issue

Since it is huge list and scroll bar is not there , buttons like delete,refresh and save are missing 

 Expected :
Both provider and descriptor details panel should have scroll bar to view the full content and perform operation as well.
