The new configuration enableStickySession should not loadbalance requests.

    Description

      Currently if you have
      enableStickySession=true;enableLoadBalancing=true
      Knox will loadbalance requests twice. This is not intuitive and confusing. enableStickySession should not do loadbalancing but should rely on enableLoadBalancing=true.
