Remove RPM build in favor of Bigtop RPM build

Basically this task is to remove all traces of the RPM build. The RPM will be built via Bigtop moving forward and the existing RPM work in the Knox repo has become out of date.
1) Remove all of the targets in build.xml dealing with the RPM.
2) Remove the gateway-rpm module.
