PROBLEM STATEMENT:
Tokens generated with comment more than 27 char is not completely displayed on the token management page

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

• Deploy ycloud cluster with above gbn.
• Generate token with comment "hrt_qaforhrt_2andreina1andreina2mary"

CURRENT BEHAVIOUR:
comment is not completely displayed on UI

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
Either text should be wrapped / scroll bar should be available to view the comment

Note: While i can filter using the above token "mary" text
