KNOX-SESSION missing from Manager Topology and Admin UI

    Description

      Due to KNOX-SESSION service missing from the default manager.xml topology, an alert in the Admin UI is displayed while trying to retrieve the authenticated user name and "dr. who" is displayed as the user.
