Add service role request attribute

Many providers have duplicate code to copy the service role into a filter parameters. This boiler plate code should be unnecessary.
The name of the service request attribute is name targetServiceRole there is a constant AbstractGatewayFilter.TARGET_SERVICE_ROLE
