Extend Shiro Provider to Include Groups

The OOTB Shiro JndiLdapRealm implementation does not provide authorization info - ie. group membership information. Extend the JndiLdapRealm to override queryForAuthorizationInfo() - for example see: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/12173492/shiro-jndildaprealm-authorization-agains-ldap
