Add spark job server as a service to knox gateway

spark-jobserver (https://github.com/spark-jobserver/spark-jobserver) provides a RESTful interface for submitting and managing Apache Spark jobs, jars, and job contexts.

This patch adds the spark-jobserver rest api as a service to the knox gateway.
