Expose HMS DB UUID to clients in MetastoreConfig

In order to determine which HMS Kudu is sychronized with, it is useful to expose the HMS DB UUID. This is more robust than the current list of URIs, since multiple HMS thrift endpoints could share a backing DB, or one host might use hostnames whereas another uses an IP.
