refine find-hive-dependency.sh to correctly get hcatalog path

    Description

      hcatalog path in different version of hdp are different (and it is not included in hive's classpath)
      need to refine the script so that it can work in different hdp versions.

      a HCAT_HOME global variable is also introduced to make it work in more unusual envs.
